If you change your mind or Yellow Ruby Premium does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your purchase email, purchase date, and Paddle order or transaction reference. You can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Never send passwords or full card details.
Processing and access
Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on Paddle and your payment provider. After a full refund, the refunded Premium access is revoked; Yellow Ruby's free features remain available.
Your legal rights
This policy is additional to any mandatory consumer rights and does not restrict rights concerning faulty or misdescribed software, statutory withdrawal, or other protections under applicable law. For requests outside the 14-day period, contact support so we can review the issue and any applicable rights.
